Day 1, Day 2, Day 3

Day 1 Monday March 8th
Clean out the kitchen! Buy your food and mentally prepare for the next two weeks.

Evening:

stress relieving yoga........
5 sun salutations, child's pose, resting pose with tense and release exercises

stress relieving bath......
essential oils, rosemary, chamomile

Day 2 Tuesday March 9th

Morning Cleanse

warm shower, loofa, follow with 15 seconds cool water.

Food and Beverage Preparation

prepare and drink hot water flush
prepare and drink inner beauty tea throughout the day
other hydrating drinks

Dinner:
non protein dinner. potassium broth as much as you want.combine with pasta or potatoes and salad or vegetables

Exercise:

brisk walk for 30 min. pay attention to your surroundings and breathing

Review your goals,
inspiration bath......rosemary, lavender, or sage

Day 3 Wednesday March 10th

Morning:

Hot water flush in a.m.
Shower with loofa ending with 30 seconds cool water.

Breakfast:

Apples "an apple a day"

Mid-Morning Snack:

protein drink, I am buying one pre-made, Naked has good choices

Lunch:

fish, chicken or tofu with steamed or raw veggies

Dinner:

Yam Delight (i will add to the other recipes)
Super Salad


Excercise:
30 min brisk walk, steady pace,

Evening:
facial clease, bath

    On Day 2, is there a recommended breakfast and lunch? or should we just be drinking the hot lemon water flush in the morning, and then the inner beauty herbal tea and the hydrating drink throughout the day?

  3. Oh thanks for the quick response! I was only going to have the liquid drinks all day, so I'm glad I checked with you, haha.

    Thanks again for posting the recipes, this is great! Could you bring the book on Wed? and that'll give me a chance to review it a bit.

  4. I'll bring it in WED and Jessi is coming over soon and we can write what's been going on so far. Her hot water flush was really gaggy....How was yours? We will write after we chat! I feel ok and had green tea all day am making the potassium broth/bisque today. I am having eggs for lunch to get some protein in. Then for dinner i'm doing a salad and pasta with the bisque. bummer about all the thin mints in this house. and munch on nuts through the day to give you energy......

  5. that sounds great, thanks! the hot lemon flush was fine for me. not something i enjoyed, but i didn't gagg luckily. i've been drinking green tea all day too.

    im hoping to go to the co-op tonight to get some of the herbs for the tea, and then ill make the bisque tonight.
