I just put a pinch of the cayenne pepper and then gradually add more as time goes on. I'll add more recipes and the next days later. Anna I like your idea of 5 days instead of 7 so we'll do 15 not 14 if that's ok. we'll see how this goes! no pressure. I love the lemon flush and did 30 min of yoga. missed the shower though. i can't do it 100% but i'll try to do as much as possible. I'm drinking green tea and will make the other tea cold i think it'll taste better. yeah to all of us for trying this!!
