Saturday

Hi ladies,
I am sorry that I haven't posted yet...I just figured out how to do it. I've been feeling good and waking up every morning SO hungry. Surprisingly though, I haven't been as hungry in the evenings when I would normally eat a snack right before bed-usually M&Ms :-). This morning, I did the Lemon Flush which I wasn't so good about doing the last couple of days with being in a rush for work. I also did a run for about 45 minutes. I had some Steel-Cut oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. For lunch, I've been eating salads, the bisque and almonds. I've also really enjoyed carrots and hummus for a snack. I'll get back on this afternoon and post the next three days if you'd like Kathy. Otherwise I can get the book back to you.

P.S. I'm all about doing the deep cleanse for only three days.
