By the time I bought yams....according to the Trader Joe's staff the same as sweet potatoes....I will investigate the truth in this......but when I got home I was really starving and not patient enough to make the Yam Delight. So i made a huge green salad with peppers onion garlic salt pepper and a dash of parmesan....cheese my favorite!....did a 30 min walk with Zoe and Sadie in the stroller......going are we going to see Jessi yet?

I'm pretty sure yams are the same thing as sweet potatoes...sweet potatoes are just cooked, and often times people add brown sugar to make them sweet.
