Yeah I've been doing the best I can too :) I've been having an apple for breakfast, sometimes some Naked juice, then grilled chicken salad for lunch, and a bisque for dinner. I haven't been doing the baths, but I sort of wish I was because I bet they are nice. I usually do at least 30 at the gym each day, which is great.
I have so much more energy now, and I don't even drink coffee now. I'm sure once this is over I'll want to have some more though because I just LOVE the flavor way too much.
Kathy, so were you thinking we'll do the deep cleansing Sun, Mon, Tues? I think that sounds great. I'll plan on starting that tomorrow, yikes!
