ok Anna and Jessi,
I didn't write as much as i'd thought over my lunch hour. Lunch was good though, tuna, carrots and a protein drink that i still haven't had yet.
the bath soothes me and knocked me out last night! i've tried to be good about the yoga at least every other dya for about 30 min.
I'll add another post with the next days list and the Yam recipe!
