Yam Delight
2 yams
1 onion
1 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cups Potassium broth
sea salt
Dinner Day 3
Yam Delight, Salad
brisk walk, facial and bath
Day 4 Thursday March 11
Hot Water Flush
Hot and Cold Shower
breakfast
pineapple ( i'm sure any fruit is fine!)
optional protein drink
lunch
chicken, fish or tofu, with veggies
Dinner
squash bisque and salad
same as the Yam Delight but with squash and the recipe called for miso and granulated lecithin which in the sake of time and money I may forego.....
Brisk Walk
Bath
Day 5 Friday March 12th
everything is the same as day 4
bisque is cauliflower (not my favorite)
and the bath is a Hot Foot Soak Treatment
I'm editing a lot out of the book to keep this easy!
I'll write more. feels good so far!
